Responsibilities • Gather and document business requirements • Analyze workflows and business processes • Collaborate with business and technical teams • Create functional documentation and user stories • Facilitate meetings and stakeholder discussions • Support Agile ceremonies and sprint planning • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing activities • Track project deliverables and timelines • Work closely with QA and development teams • Provide reporting and project support Qualifications • 4+ years of Business Analyst experience Required Skills • Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, and User Stories • Strong stakeholder communication skills • Experience with JIRA and Confluence • Understanding of SDLC processes • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Experience coordinating UAT activities • Ability to work independently in remote environments Preferred Skills • None specified Pay range and compensation package • None specified Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
