Business Analyst, Product Enablement Operations
Contract through 01/31/2026
Fortune 500 Technology Firm
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid). This role is primarily remote but requires being onsite at our Indianapolis hub as needed. We will also consider candidates from Chicago, Boston, New York, or Atlanta.
Overview
The Operations and Communications Team is the engine behind the Product Enablement organization. We're focused on creating seamless logistics, strategic communications, and data-driven insights. Our goal is to ensure information flows smoothly, programs are managed effectively, and data is used to make smart decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with program owners to design and implement solutions to track and measure the impact of product enablement programs. Partner with analytics specialists to interpret and share the results.
• Manage the preparation for our monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Own the design, implementation, and analysis of our quarterly surveys to track product confidence, a key measure of enablement impact.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to design and implement data-driven operating processes that support decision-making and strategy.
Required Experience & Skills:
• 1-2 years of previous experience with our company and familiarity with its operational rhythms, or 2-3 years of experience in an operations role elsewhere.
• 1-2 years of experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or project manager.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable speaking at both business and technical levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and set clear expectations.
• Experience working cross-functionally with business, technical, and operations teams.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills using data and statistical analysis.
Technical Knowledge:
• Proficiency with Snowflake, Excel or Google Sheets, and Tableau.
• Experience with data visualization.
• Familiarity with sales, enablement, or marketing data definitions and metrics (SaaS context).
• Knowledge of relevant data sources like CRM and sales operations data.
• Experience using Gen AI tools in a business context is a plus.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
