Role description
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Business Analyst is preferred. Methodologies & Tools:
• Proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies; active participation in Scrum ceremonies (standups, sprints, retrospectives).
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools for project and documentation management.
• Skilled in business process modeling (e.g., BPMN) and creating actionable documentation. Technical Expertise:
• Experience with UAT, including developing scripts and conducting cross-browser/device testing.
• Knowledge of APIs, third-party system integrations, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL. Risk & Change Management: Demonstrated experience assessing risks and leading or supporting change management efforts during software implementations. Soft Skills:
• Results-driven, adaptable, and self-motivated.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
