Role description
Education: Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Computer Science or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Business Analyst is preferred. Methodologies & Tools:
β’ Proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies; active participation in Scrum ceremonies (standups, sprints, retrospectives).
β’ Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools for project and documentation management.
β’ Skilled in business process modeling (e.g., BPMN) and creating actionable documentation. Technical Expertise:
β’ Experience with UAT, including developing scripts and conducting cross-browser/device testing.
β’ Knowledge of APIs, third-party system integrations, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
β’ Familiarity with relational databases and SQL. Risk & Change Management: Demonstrated experience assessing risks and leading or supporting change management efforts during software implementations. Soft Skills:
β’ Results-driven, adaptable, and self-motivated.
β’ Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
