Employer Industry: Higher Education Why Consider This Job Opportunity • Competitive pay for contract work with a duration of 12 months • Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization • Flexible remote work environment • Supportive and collaborative work culture • Chance to contribute to meaningful institutional research and reporting initiatives What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) • Coordinate and maintain survey distribution schedules for institutional and departmental initiatives • Create, administer, and manage surveys using online survey platforms • Monitor survey participation and response rates, ensuring timely follow-up and process completion • Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc data reports for institutional stakeholders • Generate dashboards, reports, and visualizations using data visualization tools What Is Required (Qualifications) • 2+ years of experience creating and administering surveys and data reports • Hands-on experience with survey platforms such as Qualtrics, SmartEvals, SogoSurvey, Alchemer, or similar • 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau • 2+ years of experience using Pivot Tables and advanced Excel reporting functions • Bachelor's Degree (required and must be completed/verified) How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • Experience with SQL or similar data extraction/query methods • Experience supporting institutional research, education, or survey-based programs • Familiarity with reporting automation and dashboard development • Experience working with large datasets and analytical reporting tools #HigherEducation #BusinessAnalyst #RemoteWork #DataAnalysis #CareerOpportunity #PinnacleMethodConsulting
