We are collaborating with a distinguished fast-casual restaurant chain based in the United States, celebrated for its exceptional menu featuring gourmet burgers, hot dogs, crispy fries, decadent shakes, and creamy frozen custard. This organization has experienced notable global expansion, emphasizing a commitment to sourcing high-quality, fresh ingredients while providing a modern and inviting dining atmosphere.
This organization is actively seeking a Business Analyst who will be instrumental in bolstering its internal analytics capabilities. The selected individual will play a vital role in the transition of responsibilities from an offshore partner to the internal team, fostering a culture that prioritizes data-driven decision-making. The position requires effective communication with stakeholders to guarantee that data delivery aligns with business objectives, thus supporting Business Intelligence (BI) and data science initiative
Responsibility of the role includes:
• Engage in hands-on data analysis and construct SQL queries to examine datasets.
• Document user stories and requirements to effectively drive project initiatives.
• Work closely with stakeholders during the development process to ensure business needs are met.
• Utilize SQL to provide practical insights, focusing on application rather than extensive technical specifics.
• Draw upon industry experience, particularly within sectors such as retail, hospitality, or quick service restaurants (QSR), with attention to customer-facing aspects
Requirements:
• A minimum of three years of experience in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in SQL and practical experience with database management systems.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with data documentation and project management methodologies.
• Background in hospitality, food service, or related industries is preferred.
