This organization has experienced notable global expansion, emphasizing a commitment to sourcing high-quality, fresh ingredients while providing a modern and inviting dining atmosphere. This organization is actively seeking a Business Analyst who will be instrumental in bolstering its internal analytics capabilities. The selected individual will play a vital role in the transition of responsibilities from an offshore partner to the internal team, fostering a culture that prioritizes data-driven decision-making. The position requires effective communication with stakeholders to guarantee that data delivery aligns with business objectives, thus supporting Business Intelligence (BI) and data science initiative Responsibility of the role includes: • Engage in hands-on data analysis and construct SQL queries to examine datasets. • Document user stories and requirements to effectively drive project initiatives. • Work closely with stakeholders during the development process to ensure business needs are met. • Utilize SQL to provide practical insights, focusing on application rather than extensive technical specifics. • Draw upon industry experience, particularly within sectors such as retail, hospitality, or quick service restaurants (QSR), with attention to customer-facing aspects Requirements: • A minimum of three years of experience in a similar analytical role. • Proficiency in SQL and practical experience with database management systems. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration. • Hands-on experience with data documentation and project management methodologies. • Background in hospitality, food service, or related industries is preferred.
