Overview Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Analyst to support the delivery of a digital contracting and Quote-to-Cash solution within an Agile environment. The BA will work closely with the Tech Delivery Lead, Solution Architects, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to gather, refine, and manage business and technical requirements, ensuring they align with the overarching product strategy and stakeholder needs. Responsibilities • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for digital contracting, pricing, and quoting processes. • Serve as a bridge between business teams and technical delivery teams, translating needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. • Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies. • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities within existing business processes, proposing data-driven improvements. • Assist with defining KPIs and success metrics for product and feature rollouts. • Work with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure user needs and business goals are reflected in the solution. • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and help triage defects or issues. • Create clear documentation, including process flows, business rules, data mappings, and decision logs. Qualifications • 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an Agile software delivery environment. • Familiarity with Quote-to-Cash processes, especially in quoting, pricing, and contracting domains. • Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintaining backlogs in tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience working with SaaS platforms and cloud-based architectures is a plus. • Understanding of enterprise architecture and system integration concepts preferred. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, or ContractAI platforms. • Exposure to tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, or DBT. • Previous experience in Fintech or enterprise software environments.
