The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting project management initiatives and ensuring successful project delivery. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Analyze data and processes to identify areas for improvement. Develop detailed specifications for system enhancements and process changes. Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables. Create process flow diagrams using Visio to visualize workflows and identify bottlenecks. Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Vaticinate potential challenges and propose proactive solutions based on data analysis. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. SaaS Architecture & Integration Expertise: Possesses a strong understanding of SaaS application architecture, including APIs, data models, and system integrations, with familiarity in data exchange formats (JSON, XML). Agile & Product Management Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies for the SDLC, capable of translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. Experienced with product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Productboard) for documentation and backlog management. Data Analysis & Business Intelligence: Proficient in SQL, JQL, and Power BI for data exploration, validation, and generating actionable insights for product and business decisions. Generative AI Application: Experience utilizing various Generative AI tools and applying them to practical work scenarios.
