• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Expert-level proficiency in Airtable is non-negotiable. This includes advanced skills in designing complex relational databases, implementing Automations, and building Interfaces.
• Proven experience using advanced Airtable features, including scripts (JavaScript), formulas, and extensions.
• Hands-on experience with no-code automation platforms like Zapier or Make.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-driven approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in an Agile or Scrum environment is a strong plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a bonus.
