Business Analyst/Data Analyst Location: San Antonio, TX Onsite Role- Monday- Thursday- Friday Remote Financial Systems – Sales/Data Validation Background: WB is implementing a new software in their restaurants with the first pilot unit less than 30 days out. They need assistance to monitor the restaurants as they implement the new technology and are working in two different systems (parallel). The Controller's organization is in need of 4 resources across Restaurant Accounting, FP&A and Accounting Data Governance (Financial Systems) to provide additional support to the team - they are not backfilling roles. The scope of work for each role is still VERY much evolving and individual must be willing to be fluid with additional responsibilities as needed Scope: • Supporting the Accounting Data Governance team and Finance Systems Manager with Sales and Data Validation • Data validation between XPOS, Macromatix, JDE, and Data Warehouse • Transaction level research as needed • Maintain fee configurations in the IRIS(EDM), XPOS and Fourth • Record 3rd Party Marketplace Tax, dual entry required in parallel • Assist with cash management and data validation Skills: • IS Analyst or BA skill set with data focus, Accounting Systems experience, huge plus • Accounting background that can help support with Restaurant Accounting team, Huge Plus! • Experience working with multiple business applications • Understanding of how operational processes generate data • SQL skills for data extraction and comparison (intermediate+); ability to run Snowflake queries • Ability to assist with cash management reconciliations around transaction matching and validating data • Flexible, adaptable, and agile!
