Role description
Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Business Analyst/Product Owner to join their team. As a Business Analyst/Product Owner, you will be part of the Digital Innovation Department supporting the Commercial Banking Line of Business. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Business Analyst/Product Owner Location:Chandler, AZ Pay Range: $54 - $58/ hr What's the Job? โ€ข Support a Generative AI initiative within the Commercial Banking Line of Business by managing product backlog and prioritizing features. โ€ข Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, UI/UX, and Development to ensure seamless feature delivery. โ€ข Translate complex technical features into clear, actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria. โ€ข Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and review sessions to ensure timely and quality delivery of product features. โ€ข Engage with stakeholders to facilitate communication, remove impediments, and document project progress and decisions. What's Needed? โ€ข Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product management, business analysis, or related roles. โ€ข Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, databases, and data integration processes. โ€ข Experience with SQL/NoSQL queries, JSON, API testing tools like Postman, and project management tools such as JIRA. โ€ข Ability to analyze data sources, validate data quality, and create data mapping documentation. โ€ข Prior experience working on AI/ML products, especially within the financial services industry, is preferred.
