Business Analytics Specialist _REMOTE

Job Title: Business Analytics Specialist - Pay Range: $30 - $36 Duration: 6+ Months Contract Location: Remote Roles and Responsibilities: Banking or finance industry preferred not required This individual will play a crucial role in project management, business intelligence, and data engineering, ensuring successful execution of data-driven initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power BI, Tableau, ETL processes, and data engineering, enabling seamless data integration, transformation, and visualization to drive informed business decisions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver scalable data engineering solutions. Build and maintain data models, ensuring accuracy, performance, and governance compliance. Lead analytics initiatives, extracting actionable insights from data to enhance business performance. Implement best practices for data quality, security, and governance. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports. Must Have Technical Skills: (listed in order of importance) SQL, NoSQL, MS Office, Business Intelligence tool (PowerBI, Tableau), Familiarity with CRM (Zoho, Salesforce preferred), ERP systems and databases.
