Business Analytics Architect The Business Analytics Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-grade semantic models and reporting solutions that enable users throughout the company to consume and analyze data at scale. What You Will Do: • Design and build semantic models to support scalable enterprise reporting and business logic. • Write advanced SQL queries to transform and analyze data from various sources. • Develop and maintain interactive reports in Power BI or similar tools, delivering actionable insights through data visualization and storytelling. • Validate and test data to ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency. • Serve as the primary interface between business users and the Global Data & Analytics Team to gather requirements and deliver solutions. • Provide analytics consulting and training to data users seeking to advance their knowledge of Power BI and report development. • Leverage Agile methodologies to implement and document repeatable processes aligned with best practices. • Drive adoption of Data & Analytics semantic models and reports across the organization. • Contribute to the development and adherence to Team Architecture Best Practices. • Follow Data & Analytics Team code management processes and utilize specified tools. What You Need to Succeed: • Proven ability to execute and deliver to milestones. • 5–7 years of experience in Data & Analytics. • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing time effectively. • Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and experience creating data assets in Power BI or Microsoft Fabric. • Expertise in working with SQL Server databases and advanced SQL skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to work effectively in globally distributed teams. • Flexibility and adaptability to evolving responsibilities and priorities. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative delivery processes. • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent technical certification.
