The Role We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, SQL-fluent Data Analyst or BIA to help us build, optimize, and scale our Supabase database infrastructure. You’ll be instrumental in helping us streamline backend systems, ensure data integrity, and improve analytics and efficiency across our core product. What You’ll Do • Design and optimize schemas and relationships in Supabase (PostgreSQL) • Write and maintain advanced SQL queries, views, and stored procedures • Implement and manage RLS (Row-Level Security) for multi-tenant data • Support the development of internal dashboards and reporting tools • Help streamline data workflows, improve backend performance, and scale analytics What You Bring • Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL • Supabase or similar backend/database experience preferred • Knowledge of RLS, authentication, and security best practices • Comfort working independently with fast iteration cycles • Bonus: Experience with data modeling, analytics, and early-stage startups Why Join? • Work directly with the founders of a fast-growing startup • Flexible hours (5–10 per week) with room to grow into a full-time role • Opportunity to influence architecture and build foundational systems • Mission-driven, no-BS culture: we only work with kind, smart people—no jerks Interested?
