Requirements/ Qualifications: β€’ Strong experience with: β€’ Data mining and generating data-driven insights β€’ Build SQL and analysis with structured and unstructured datasets and data sources: external tables, native tables and views β€’ Reporting analysis and developing custom reports β€’ Experience in the Global Media & Entertainment industry β€’ Experience managing large BI and data analytics projects β€’ Hands on experiences with data visualization tools like Looker, Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI β€’ Experience with data platforms and technologies like BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS, S3, Python & SQL β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to create innovative solutions Preferred: β€’ Experience in television network, television studio, and streaming β€’ Experience with ML and Data Science tools Day to Day This role is part of the Business Solutions team supporting the Studio Analytics program. Our Studio Analytics program supports analytics initiatives across our Film business, supporting areas like Global Data Strategy, Film Strategy & Development, Marketing, Theatrical Distribution, and Finance. The Analyst will be working as part of my team and working across various workstreams supporting these initiatives. It is important to note that this is not an Engineering role. Responsibilities: β€’ Working with E2E data sources onboarding requirements, document requirements for Eng build; perform build QA testing, User testing coordination β€’ Define and document analytics and visualization requirements with business stakeholders β€’ Coordinate with product owners and business users to analyze and understand business requirements, create Agile user stories β€’ Support to analytics dashboards powered by cloud-based data sources (GCP, AWS, Snowflake) β€’ Create SQL queries and/or procs for use across data validation during QA and user testing β€’ Performing data analysis on data sets, conduct data mining and generate insights for the business and stakeholders Compensation: $60/hr to $70/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
