Role description
Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Data Analyst with strong experience in sales and partner analytics. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, partner, and operations teams to generate insights that drive revenue growth, improve pipeline visibility, and optimize partner performance. • Key Responsibilities: Analyze sales pipeline, revenue trends, and partner performance to identify growth opportunities • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for sales and partner metrics • Support forecasting, quota tracking, and performance analysis • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into data-driven insights • Monitor key SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, conversion rates, and win rates • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement • Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of experience in business/data analytics, preferably in sales or partner domains • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel • Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker • Good understanding of sales funnels, pipeline metrics, and revenue analysis • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Key Competencies: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to translate data into actionable business insights • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
