JOB DESCRIPTION
Encore Talent Solutions is currently seeking a Business/Data Analyst with a blend of software development, automation, and Lean Six Sigma experience. This role will focus on automating and optimizing key processes to improve visibility, reduce manual effort, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Vulnerability Management Process Optimization:
Improve visibility and tracking of vulnerabilities integrated into squad backlogs. Implement solutions using Power BI and automation tools to replace the current unreliable manual process.
Disaster Recovery (DR) Issue Management:
Increase transparency into DR issues by integrating them into backlog reporting, enabling better oversight and reporting to management.
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Renewal Automation:
Streamline the SOP renewal workflow through proactive notifications and guided team actions. Reduce Change Managers’ manual involvement by enabling self-service through automation.
End-of-Life (EOL) Software Management:
Long-term focus on automating EOL reporting; short-term responsibilities include coordinating with LOB IT leaders to update systems such as ServiceNow and Archer.
Disaster Recovery Liaison:
Serve as the DR partner to ensure all plans are accurately documented, submitted on time, and free of defects. Coordinate with LOB partners to remediate documentation issues.
Must-Have Technical Skills:
2+ years of Power BI development experience (including Report Builder, Desktop, and Service)
3–10 years of software development experience
Experience with Microsoft Power Automate
Strong foundation in Project Management & Business Analysis
Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred) – comparable experience will be considered
Preferred Experience:
Lean Six Sigma or Process Analyst background
Proven ability to work independently and manage end-to-end execution
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
Ability to build data-driven reporting solutions using Power BI / Power Automate
