We're hiring a Data Insights & Reporting Analyst for a high-impact contract role where you'll use Power BI, Kusto (KQL), Azure DevOps, and Cosmos DB to create dynamic reports and dashboards. 🔧 What You’ll Do: • Build and manage Power BI dashboards to visualize business performance • Write advanced queries using Kusto and Cosmos DB • Use Azure DevOps to manage and track reporting tasks • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data needs • Analyze trends and identify opportunities for operational improvement 🧠 What You Bring: • 5+ years' hands-on experience with Power BI & Kusto (KQL) • 5+ years working with Azure DevOps • 3–4 years' experience with Cosmos DB, including query tuning and data modeling • Strong technical problem-solving and Excel analysis skills (2+ years) • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote setting 🎓 Nice to Have: • Degree in a relevant field (optional if highly skilled) • Background in building enterprise-level BI solutions 💡 Bonus Soft Skills: • Sharp judgment and decision-making • Strong communicator who can translate technical findings into business insights • Comfortable researching and synthesizing data from multiple sources 📞 Interview Process: 1–2 rounds, including a hands-on technical assessment If you're looking to make an impact through data and thrive in a contract role with flexibility and visibility—apply now!
