The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in business intelligence principles, data analysis, and technical skills, including proficiency in Power BI, Python, and data visualization tools. Skills include: - Power BI - Python - SQL - MS Excel- Sharepoint - Alteryx - Amazon AWS Redshift At least 4 years of related experience in an analyst type role developing in Power BI, SQL, and Python. A Masters degree can substitute for 2 years of relevant experience. Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science, Analytics, Economics, or another related field Key responsibilities of this role include: - Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards to visualize and analyze large datasets, providing actionable insights to stakeholders - Designing, developing, and implementing Python programs to Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) data from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity - Improving current dashboards and processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness - Collaborating closely with other facilities functions, such as project management, sustainability, and plant engineering to ensure that business intelligence tools and solutions meet their needs - Creating and maintaining documentation of business intelligence solutions, including data sources, ETL processes, and dashboard designs - Supporting Continuous Improvement efforts by analyzing processes, identifying trends and opportunities, and providing recommendations for process enhancements - Analyzing large amounts of data to identify insights, trends, and patterns, and developing compelling stories and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
