Accountabilities:
β’ Gather, analyze, and present data in clear formats to support business decisions
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to define data needs and build Tableau reports that align with business objectives
β’ Identify trends and actionable insights through data interpretation and reporting
β’ Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and BI tools to ensure high usability and performance
β’ Perform data validation, mapping, and unit testing; write SQL queries to troubleshoot issues
β’ Deliver scalable, reusable, and performance-optimized BI solutions
β’ Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and visuals
Requirements
β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
β’ Minimum 5 years of experience as a dedicated BI Analyst
β’ Advanced Tableau development skills required; experience with Power BI is a plus
β’ Proficiency in Excel (macros, pivot tables) and SQL; strong data modeling and normalization knowledge
β’ Proven ability to work with large datasets and optimize dashboard performance
β’ Ability to work in iterative cycles and exceed stakeholder expectations
β’ Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical users
β’ High attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, and experience gathering business reporting needs
