About the Role We are seeking a Lead Business Systems Consultant to join a high-impact team. This role blends hands-on development, cloud risk remediation, and business domain expertise. You will act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring financial systems remain compliant, secure, and efficient. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Python-based solutions to remediate technology risks. • Support and enhance applications on Cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud, Tanzu, OCP). • Partner with business stakeholders to address risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements (AML, KYC, Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk). • Build dashboards and reporting solutions in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools. • Work in Agile environments using Jira/Kanban to manage and track deliverables. • Act as a liaison between developers, business units, and compliance officers. Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience. • Strong expertise with Cloud platforms: Azure, Google Cloud, OCP, or Tanzu. • Risk & Compliance domain knowledge in financial services (AML, KYC, Regulatory, Credit Risk, etc.). • Proven track record in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, OBIEE). • Experience in Agile methodologies with Jira/Kanban. • Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and business stakeholders
