Role description
Responsibilities Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer III in Bellevue, WA. Summary: This role is cross-functional - you will work closely with partners in Product Management, Training and Program Management to design and deliver data needs. You should be comfortable working in a dynamic, start-up environment, and seek data-driven decision-making. You should have strong analytical and communication skills and be able to work with product managers and business development teams to define key business questions and build data sets and models that answer them. Responsibilities: β€’ Develop complex queries for ad hoc requests and projects, as well as ongoing reporting β€’ Design, develop and maintain scalable, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our analytical and business needs β€’ Design, implement, and support key datasets that provide structured and timely access to actionable business information addressing stakeholder needs β€’ Interface directly with stakeholders, gathering requirements and owning automated end-to-end reporting solutions β€’ Partner with analysts, data engineers, business intelligence engineers, and software development engineers across Amazon to produce complete data solutions β€’ Simplify and automate reporting, audits, and other data-driven activities; build solutions to have maximum scale and self-service ability by stakeholders β€’ Proficiency with SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data β€’ Learn and understand a broad range of data resources and know how, when, and which to use β€’ Estimate models, write analyses, and extract insights and provide business recommendations Requirements β€’ 5+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, etc. β€’ SQL experience β€’ Quicksight/Tableau experience β€’ Correction Analysis experience β€’ Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools β€’ Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines β€’ Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab β€’ Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling Preferred β€’ Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift β€’ Experience in data mining, ETL, etc., and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
