About the Role
Founding AI Engineer to help design and ship a multi-agent system that will transform the future of talent evaluation.
We’re looking for someone with a hacker spirit who thrives on building and shipping production-ready AI products. You should be equally comfortable architecting large-scale backends, fine-tuning LLM-driven workflows, and pushing code that impacts millions.
What You’ll Do
● Build and scale production AI agents and workflows from 0 → 1.
● Architect large-scale backend systems using Python and TypeScript.
● Ship high-impact features quickly, with an ownership mindset.
● Leverage AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Cloud Code) for faster delivery.
● Collaborate closely with founders to shape product and technical direction.
What We’re Looking For
● 2-8 years of software engineering experience, with shipped large-scale LLM/agent systems.
● Background as a founder, founding engineer, or early engineer at a Seed-Series B startup.
● Some large-tech experience working on complex, scalable systems.
● Strong grasp of Python, TypeScript, infrastructure, and LLM/agent system design.
● Clear communication on technical trade-offs and strong product intuition.
● “Builder” DNA — hackathon wins, notable open-source projects, or personal builds.
Nice to Have
● Top-tier academic background in CS or AI research.
What We’re Not Looking For
● Researchers or AI scientists without production engineering experience — this is a
full-stack/backend role first and foremost.
