As our Business Intelligence Manager, you'll lead a talented BI team to deliver high-quality dashboards, data products and insights that empower smart, strategic decisions across the organisation. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll shape our BI vision, elevate our data culture, and drive meaningful business impact.
About the role
Key Responsbilities:
Lead and mentor a team of BI Developers, creating a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
Partner with senior leaders across Commercial, Digital, Supply Chain, Finance, HR and more to deliver actionable insight that drives business performance.
Own the BI roadmap and delivery framework, ensuring priorities align to business strategy and long-term scalability.
Oversee the design and optimisation of dashboards and reporting tools (e.g. Metabase), ensuring data accuracy, clarity and strong user adoption.
Champion BI governance, documentation, and data quality standards across the business.
Collaborate closely with Data Engineering and Embedded Analytics to deliver integrated and high-performing data products.
Continuously refine BI processes, tools and architecture to future-proof our analytics capability.
Location: This is a hybrid role based in London or Nuneaton, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days per week

Proven experience leading BI or analytics teams within a modern, cloud-based data environment.
Strong SQL skills, solid understanding of data modelling, and expertise with BI visualisation tools (Metabase, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills — able to simplify complex data and influence senior leaders.
Strategic mindset with the ability to build and execute a BI roadmap that supports business growth.
Passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and developing people.
