Join Kingfisher as our Digital Analytics Manager and help shape data-driven digital experiences that support our purpose: Better Homes, Better Lives, For everyone. Youβll lead a hard-working team to deliver actionable insights, empower colleagues, and drive innovation across our Group and Banner functions. This is a fixed term contract until November 2026 and will be based from our Paddington office.
What's the job?:
Lead and develop a diverse team of digital data experts, supporting their growth and delivering high-quality analytics
Build and enhance self-serve analytics capability, enabling stakeholders to access and use data effectively
Develop and evolve the digital data roadmap, ensuring it drives business objectives and continuous improvement
Empower the team to deliver insights that drive data-led optimisation and measurable improvements across Group and Banner functions
Collaborate with Data Science, AI, Engineering, and Measurement teams to deliver analytics and reporting for key initiatives
Champion best practices in digital data, embedding analytics and systematic experimentation into our ways of working
Work closely with stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities, fostering a culture of curiosity, agility, and collaboration
What you'll bring:
Experience leading a mixed-level team, supporting their analytical, commercial and professional development
Significant expertise in digital analytics for eCommerce and digital products
Proficient in Google Analytics and has experience reporting packages (Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau), databases (SQL) and Web Tagging (Google Tab Manager)
Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with relevant packages (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
Clear communicator with a track record of delivering compelling, action-oriented insights to senior stakeholders
Ability to manage and prioritise team demand, with the confidence to positively challenge and influence stakeholders where required
