||Looking for those who can work on W2 - No C2C - No Sponsorship - No Student Visa|| Job details are Shared below: Job Title: Power BI Specialist Location: Detroit, MI 48226 (hybrid) Job Duration: 12+m Contract with potential for conversion Primary Skills: • 2+ years of experience in a data analyst role, with a focus on Power BI. • Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. • Experience working with large datasets and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle). • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Skills: • Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) is a plus. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and data warehousing concepts. • Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a bonus Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making. • Extract, clean, and transform data from various corporate systems and databases. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business objectives. • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms. • Automate recurring reporting tasks and optimize data workflows. • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting support as needed. • Stay current with Power BI updates and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities Summary: • We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with strong Power BI expertise.
