Business Operations Associate

OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be proficient in various business intelligence tools to help streamline operations and improve overall performance. Duties Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies. Utilize tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce for reporting and visualization of operational metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project management initiatives and process improvement efforts. Develop and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs). Assist in forecasting sales and operational needs based on data analysis and market trends. Create process maps using Visio to visualize workflows and identify areas for enhancement. Engage in business analysis to support strategic planning and operational efficiency. Provide recommendations based on analytics to optimize resource allocation and improve service delivery. Experience Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field. Proficiency in SQL for database querying and manipulation. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Experience with process improvement initiatives is highly desirable. Knowledge of sales processes and forecasting techniques is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
