Role description
Job Title: Chatbot Lead - JavaScript, Verint Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) Duration: Long Term Contract Skills/ Job Description: β€’ 8-10 years of experience in deployment of Chatbot with ability to interface with clients and derive use cases. β€’ Good knowledge of JavaScript experience. β€’ Derive, document the existing use cases and technical implementation. β€’ Design the integrations and document the high-level design documentation. β€’ Hands-on experience in Verint Conversational AI / Speakeasy (designing, configuring, deploying). β€’ Strong knowledge of chatbot frameworks and NLP concepts (intents, entities, dialog management). β€’ Familiarity with AI/ML integration (Speakeasy). β€’ Expertise in REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware. β€’ Good understanding of JSON, XML, Webhooks. β€’ Experience in enterprise messaging platforms & its integrations (WhatsApp, Teams, Webchat, IVR/Contact center). β€’ Strong knowledge of security standards (OAuth2.0, SAML, mTLS). β€’ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes). β€’ Familiarity with analytics tools for chatbot monitoring (Verint Analytics, Power BI, Tableau).
