Customer Journey Analytics Data Analyst - 100% Remote (CJA Business Practitioner Professional Certification ) 100% Remote We have a 6 month contract to hire Data Analyst 5 opening for a seasoned digital analytics Adobe Analytics Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Data Analyst Detail-oriented and highly skilled Adobe Analytics Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Data Analyst with hands-on experience in mobile app analytics and an active CJA Professional Business Certification. This role is critical in helping us understand and optimize customer journeys across digital touchpoints, enabling data-driven decisions that enhance engagement, conversion, and retention. Key Responsibilities β€’ Leverage Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to collect, analyze, and interpret data from web and mobile app platforms. β€’ Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that deliver actionable insights for product, marketing, and customer experience teams. β€’ Translate complex data into meaningful business narratives to influence decision-making across multiple stakeholders. β€’ Monitor and evaluate customer journey performance, identifying opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention. β€’ Work closely with engineering and mobile app development teams to ensure accurate tagging, tracking, and data integrity. β€’ Apply segmentation and attribution modeling to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features. β€’ Stay current with Adobe’s latest analytics capabilities and industry best practices. Required Qualifications β€’ Professional Certification: Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Professional Business Certification. β€’ Technical Experience: β€’ 3+ years of experience in digital analytics with strong Adobe Analytics and CJA expertise. β€’ Proven track record of working with mobile app analytics (iOS, Android SDKs, app lifecycle tracking, engagement KPIs). β€’ Experience building complex calculated metrics, segments, and data views in CJA. β€’ Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis, storytelling, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). β€’ Collaboration Skills: Ability to partner with business stakeholders, marketing, UX, and engineering teams to deliver insights. β€’ Strong SQL and data querying skills are a plus. 1.
