Are you interested in improving and shaping the IT industry? Seeking a Click (Click FSE) Developer to design, develop, and maintain customized field service solutions within the Click Field Service Edge (FSE) platform. This role requires deep expertise in Click FSEβs development framework, including mobility and scheduling customization, as well as hands-on experience with installation and configuration tools.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing enhancements, managing defect fixes, and integrating Click FSE with enterprise systems such as Maximo, SAP, and GIS platforms.
Location: This position is remote
Responsibilities:
β’ Design, develop, and deploy customizations within the Click FSE platform, including:
β’ Mobility forms, business logic, and scripts
β’ Scheduling logic and rule configuration
β’ Work with tools such as:
β’ Legacy Admin
β’ Mobility Studio
β’ Configuration Builder Tool
β’ Configuration Installer Tool
β’ Import Tool
β’ Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable FSE customizations.
β’ Develop and support Click FSE integrations using middleware platforms (e.g., WebMethods, TIBCO).
β’ Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment to lower and production environments.
β’ Support troubleshooting, bug fixes, and performance tuning of existing Click FSE configurations and scripts.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including EAM, GIS, and field operations teams.
β’ Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, code customizations, and deployments.
Required Education and Experience:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science or related degree. High school diploma with an additional 4 yearsβ experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
β’ 5+ years of proven development experience with ClickSoftware or Click Field Service Edge (FSE) is required.
β’ Proficient in JavaScript, XML, and Click FSE scripting for mobility and scheduling customization.
β’ Hands-on experience with Click FSE tools (Legacy Admin, Mobility Studio, Builder, Installer, Import Tool).
β’ Deep understanding of Click FSE data model, workflow, and architecture.
β’ Experience in developing and debugging Click FSE integrations with enterprise systems.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams.
β’ Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Experience integrating Click FSE with Maximo, SAP, GIS, or other utility enterprise platforms.
β’ Knowledge of middleware platforms such as WebMethods, TIBCO, or MuleSoft.
β’ Familiarity with utility field operations, workforce management, and asset management systems.
