Location: Greater Seattle Area (Hybrid β Onsite 3 days/week)

We are seeking a creative, highly motivated, and driven Cloud Engineer to help advance state-of-the-art data management services. In this role, youβll design, build, and secure applications by applying cloud architecture best practices, infrastructure as code, and automation to deliver scalable, high-quality services in an AWS environment.
Youβll collaborate across teams to develop a shared vision and strategy while thriving in an environment that gives you freedom to innovate. Ideal candidates have a strong foundation in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and software engineering, with experience in data workflows and pipelines.
What Youβll Do
β’ Design, develop, and secure cloud-native and hybrid applications.
β’ Build and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK).
β’ Develop automation and CI/CD pipelines to improve reliability and speed of deployments.
β’ Orchestrate data workflows with tools like Airflow.
β’ Engineer and optimize data processing pipelines, archives, and cloud storage solutions.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and deliver robust solutions that meet mission goals.
Key Skills & Qualifications
β’ Expertise in cloud-native and on-premise application development.
β’ Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway).
β’ Hands-on experience with containerization and Kubernetes.
β’ Proficiency in Python application development.
β’ Strong experience with workflow orchestration (Airflow).
β’ Expertise in IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK).
β’ Experience with on-premise relational and cloud-based databases.
β’ Skilled in building automation tools and CI/CD/CT pipelines (Ansible, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CodePipeline).
