Coding Raters – GenAI Data

We are hiring Expert Coding Raters to evaluate and improve the quality of AI model outputs involving code, ML/AI, and technical content. This role is ideal for experienced software engineers, ML/AI specialists, or coding professionals who want to contribute to the development of next-generation AI systems. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Model Evaluation: Assess AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and compliance with best practices. • Code Annotation & Labeling: Accurately generate, annotate, and label code snippets and algorithms. • Comparative Analysis: Compare multiple outputs and rank them against evaluation criteria. • Feedback & Review: Provide detailed, constructive feedback to improve model performance. • Data Validation: Validate and refine datasets for model training and evaluation. • Collaboration: Work with data scientists and engineers on annotation guidelines and project strategies. 🔹 Required Qualifications • Strong background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, AI/ML, or related technical fields. • Programming Proficiency: • Must-have: Python • Plus one or more: JavaScript, TypeScript, C, C++, Node.js, Rust, Shell, Go, Ruby, Swift, PHP, Kotlin • Knowledge of web technologies & frameworks (APIs, web scraping, Flask, React, Node.js, etc.). • Solid understanding of Machine Learning & AI (TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLP, Reinforcement Learning, Computer Vision, etc.). • Strong background in Data Science & Engineering (SQL/NoSQL, data processing, visualization libraries). • Knowledge of algorithms, mathematics, and optimization techniques. • Familiarity with software engineering best practices, version control (Git/GitHub), and debugging. • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills. 🔹 Preferred Qualifications • Experience with LLMs and AI-driven code generation. • Background in code review, QA, or data annotation. • Knowledge of multiple programming paradigms (object-oriented, functional, etc.).
