The Opportunity We’re hiring a Creative Strategist to own investor-marketing and financial-communications strategy for publicly-traded clients. You’ll translate goals and outcomes into multi-channel campaigns that leverage our software platform, advanced analytics, and generative AI to drive measurable results. What You’ll Do β€’ Act as a day-to-day strategic advisor to public company clients β€’ Turn investor objectives into data-led campaigns β€’ Analyze shareholder data, sentiment, and market trends to inform strategy and creative direction β€’ Create and refine content (decks, briefs, social, investor updates) in partnership with internal design, product, and engineering teams β€’ Embed generative AI workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) to boost insight generation, content quality, and delivery speed β€’ Support new-business pitches with research, concept development, and presentation materials β€’ Monitor capital-markets news and emerging media trends to surface opportunities for clients and the firm How You Work β€’ Self-starter who helps write the playbook, not wait for it β€’ Autonomous & decisive: Comfortable prioritizing in a high-growth, change-heavy environment β€’ AI-native: Daily user of generative AI with a clear view of its capabilities and limits β€’ Collaborative: Builds trust across creative, technical, and executive stakeholders β€’ Story-driven: Turns complex financial insights into narratives that resonate with investors and media alike What You Bring β€’ 5-10+ years experience: marketing, advertising, creative strategy at agency or in-house AND/OR investor relations, financial communications, corporate strategy β€’ Strong analytical chops: Able to interpret financial reports and shareholder data to steer strategy β€’ Client leadership: Proven track record owning relationships, timelines, and deliverables β€’ Digital fluency: Familiar with social, paid, and owned channels relevant to investor engagement β€’ Exceptional communicator: Simplifies complex information for diverse audiences β€’ Generative-AI proficiency: Uses modern tools to elevate research, content, and productivity Bonus Points β€’ Hands-on experience with capital-markets or investor-facing platforms β€’ Background in fintech, SaaS, or financial services β€’ Familiarity with CRM, campaign automation, or data-visualization tools β€’ You publish finance/investing content (newsletters, podcasts, social, etc.) and understand audience engagement first-hand β€’ Working knowledge of design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe) or lightweight video/graphic production Why Stakeholder Labs Shape a new category at the intersection of finance, media, and technology.
