Responsibilities
β’ CRM Data Migration: Execute end-to-end data migration projects, including data extraction, transformation, and loading processes
β’ Quickly understand client CRM data structure and how it can be migrated to ListAlpha and recommend improvements to client workflow
β’ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand client requirements and tailor migration processes accordingly
β’ Convert client data using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerQuery) into the necessary format
β’ Conduct data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the migration process
β’ Document migration procedures and maintain comprehensive records of all data migration activities
β’ Report building: Work closely with clients to understand their reporting needs and deliver custom reports that meet their requirements
β’ Build and maintain a library of reports and dashboards using Metabase and when necessary MongoDB query language (MQL), leveraging client data to provide actionable insights
β’ Interpret reporting data to validate accuracy of results
Experience
β’ 2+ years of analytical work experience in consulting, financial modelling, business intelligence, analytics, or an equivalent analyst position, ideally in a CRM company or professional services/financial services firm (e.g., Big4 or other financial or accountancy firms)
β’ Expert in Microsoft Excel - ability to work with large datasets, create pivot tables, nested formulas
β’ Familiarity with Mongo DB building reports and dashboards using Metabase is preferred but not required
β’ English level β Proficient
β’ Prior experience with CRM migration projects (e.g., DealCoud, Salesforce, Attio) and reporting for clients is preferred but not required
