We are looking for a Data Quality Controller to be part of the Data Management team.
What This Job Involves
Review and interpret leases and other related documents.
Ensure the accurate transfer of the lease data into the management database, in a timely manner and within the service level agreement (measured by KPI).
Review data input from other team members to guarantee the integrity of the dataset.
Liaise with other operational teams across the business.
Take full ownership of the Data Management process.
Ensure the continuous maintenance of the management database; participate in meeting with management team on regular basis to review the accuracy of the dataset and coordinate corrective actions.
Ensure all requests for tenant refunds are processed in accordance with JLL best practice processes and timeframe using the dedicated monitoring system.
Support with onboarding new team members.
Complete any other duties necessary to effectively ensure data quality across the business.

Ability to manage own workload effectively, prioritise and work to deadline with minimum supervision.
Able to apply good judgement, show initiative in taking action and ability to learn new systems and tasks quickly.
Desirable Skills:
Strong IT skills, including a good knowledge of MS excel including formulas such as 'V-Lookup', βX-Lookupβ, conditional formatting and creating pivot tables.
Experience of working with legal documentation.
Previous experience working within a data management environment.
Knowledge of property management accounting system; Yardi Voyager, MRI Horizon.
