What you'll do
Notting Hill Genesis, one of London's largest housing associations, is seeking a Finance Insights Analyst to join our thriving Finance team. As a Finance Insights Analyst, you'll transform complex financial data into actionable insights that supports NHG's mission of providing quality, affordable homes across London. You will engage in financial data analysis, contributing to the development and maintenance of analytics tools, and assisting in the creating of financial reports.
How you'll do it
• Analyse financial datasets to uncover trends and create decision-ready reports
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions
• Create insightful financial reports and presentations for diverse stakeholders
• Continuously refine data workflows and reporting accuracy
• Evaluate financial processes to identify improvement opportunities
• Maintain integrity in large datasets using Excel and internal systems
The ideal candidate

Essential:
• Degree in Finance or Data Analytics or progress toward CCAB qualification
• Proven experience building reports in Power BI
• Advanced Excel skills with ability to manage large, complex datasets
• Talent for translating technical insights for non-technical audiences
Desirable:
• Power BI certification
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365
• Background in housing
