Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Analyst 1 in Orlando, FL. Locations: Raleigh, NC or Orlando, FL Summary: We are looking for a strategic and process-driven Bid Management Digitalization Process Specialist to join our client's Bid Management Proposal Team. This role is responsible for identifying, implementing, and supporting process improvements and automation initiatives that enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of the proposal cycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process optimization, digital tools, and cross-functional collaboration. How You'll Make an Impact (Responsibilities):
β’ Lead, implement, and support digital transformation initiatives within the bid management function and collaborate with the operational excellence team to drive larger initiatives
β’ Analyze current bid and proposal workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
β’ Design and implement automation solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and reduce manual effort
β’ Develop and maintain dashboards, templates, and tools to support bid tracking and performance metrics
β’ Collaborate with proposal managers, operations, sales, operational excellence, and IT teams to align process improvements with business needs
β’ Document and standardize proposal processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and customer requirements
β’ Train team members on new tools, systems, and process changes
β’ Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented improvements and recommend adjustments as needed
Requirements
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification preferred
β’ 3+ years of experience in bid management, process improvement, digitalization or operations support; Experience with CRM, ERP, or proposal management platforms preferred
β’ Proven experience with automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel macros, SharePoint, workflows, etc.)
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
β’ Familiarity with proposal development in technical or industrial sectors (transformers or electrical equipment preferred)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
