Location: Austin, TX or Cupertino, CA (Hybrid)

About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can turn complex enterprise data into actionable insights and help drive data-driven decision-making across multiple domains. This is a high-impact hybrid role that blends analytical depth, business acumen, and collaboration with technical teams.
Must-Have Skills
• 8–12 years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or data management
• Advanced SQL – strong experience handling large, complex datasets
• Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data analysis, transformation, and feature engineering
• Expertise in Tableau (or similar BI tools) for creating dashboards and data stories
• Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, MDM, and data lineage
• Proven ability to translate business needs into analytical deliverables
• Experience in Snowflake, Databricks, or Hadoop/Spark environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct deep data analysis to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable insights
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify and define new data use cases
• Translate business requirements into technical models and reports
• Perform data profiling and quality analysis for structured and semi-structured data
• Design and validate data pipelines and transformations
• Create and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for effective storytelling
• Support data governance by maintaining the data dictionary and business glossary
• Partner with cross-functional teams—data engineers, product managers, SMEs—to deliver aligned solutions
Tech Environment
• SQL: PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Redshift

• Visualization: Tableau
• Version Control: Git / Bitbucket
• Project Tools: JIRA / Confluence
