Job Title: Data Analyst II
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ months with possible extension
Payrate: $40 to $42/hr. on W2
Job Description:
β’ Tableau (critical) β strong skills in dashboard building, automation, and customization.
β’ SQL β intermediate level (including window functions).
β’ Excel β intermediate (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, complex formulas, data finalization).
β’ PowerPoint β nice-to-have (executive storytelling, decks).
β’ Python β nice-to-have (preferred for automation and advanced analysis).
β’ Experience: 2β4 years in analytics, business intelligence, competitor data analysis or similar.
β’ Education: Relevant industry experience is more important than degree prestige.
Responsibilities:
β’ Analyze external competitive data from multiple vendors (scraped traffic data, market performance data, etc.).
β’ Focus category example: Sneakers competitors β analyzing growth, franchises, key players.
β’ Tableau dashboards: Maintain automation thatβs already been built, plus create new dashboards as needed.
β’ Handle ad-hoc analysis requests from team members, who each manage a different focus category (e.g., fashion, PNA, sneakers).
