A well-established financial institution is seeking a Data Analyst to play a critical role in data-driven decision-making. This position will work closely with executive leadership to analyze financial and operational data, optimize reporting, and enhance business intelligence capabilities.

β’ Compensation: $70,000 - 80,000 base + Quarterly Bonuses + Full Benefits

Who You Are
β’ 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in banking, financial services, or credit risk.
β’ Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools.
β’ Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
β’ Understanding of credit risk, financial modeling, and regulatory compliance.
β’ Excellent communicator who can translate complex data into actionable insights.
