Role description
Key Responsibilities: • Actively engage with stakeholders and business leaders to understand strategic goals and align technology solutions with business needs. • Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops to define and document technical and functional needs. • Translate user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria into technical documentation such as workflow diagrams, test plans, and system mapping documents. • Organize and manage collaborative sessions throughout project lifecycles to resolve challenges and foster interdepartmental communication. • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) processes by assisting with environment setup, test execution, and analyzing outcomes. • Partner with internal teams, including Data Analysts, Developers, and Solutions Analysts, to brainstorm, evaluate, and implement technology-driven solutions. • Analyze current enterprise application architecture for areas of improvement, focusing on integration points and process optimization. • Create and document solution designs—including data flow diagrams, process maps, and configuration strategies—for presentation and validation with management. • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that proposed designs meet business needs and align with enterprise governance standards. • Collaborate with vendor teams to troubleshoot deployment issues, manage escalations, and ensure a smooth implementation. • Develop and execute test plans with internal data teams to verify compliance and performance of solutions against technical and functional requirements. • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including end-user guides, ensuring accessibility and adherence to organizational standards. • Provide ongoing post-implementation support by addressing issues, monitoring solution performance, and recommending performance-enhancing improvements. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Expertise in analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and effective communication. • Reliable transportation to the designated worksite, as public transit may not be available. • Completion of all pre-employment screenings, including background checks, drug screens, aptitude evaluations, and other assessments as applicable.
