Data Analyst - Data Integration & Enablement Salt Lake City, UT Contract Rate: $50.00 - $58.00per hr 6-12month Contract Job Description: Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to support enterprise data integration efforts within a large data organization. This contract role is currently set to run through November. The position focuses on integrating data from multiple source systems into the Enterprise Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and related platforms. The Data Analyst will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data models and transformations. Responsibilities include profiling source systems, documenting transformation logic and metadata, and supporting the development of reliable data pipelines. This role also requires validating and testing data transformations, as there is no separate testing team. The ideal candidate has strong SQL skills, experience working with enterprise data warehouses, and the ability to clearly document and communicate technical processes. Required Skills: • Strong SQL skills including data profiling and validation • Experience working with enterprise data warehouses and data pipelines • Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions • Experience documenting data transformations and metadata • Experience testing and validating data transformations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and build relationships with stakeholders • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor's degree in Data, Analytics, Business, or related field • 2+ years of experience in data analysis or integration Bonus/Soft Skills: • Experience with GreenPlum or similar databases • Exposure to data lake environments such as Cloudera or Databricks • Experience with dbt • Python experience for automation • Familiarity with GCP • Exposure to AI concepts or prompt engineering • Experience mentoring others or leading projects Start Date: Welcome to ConsultNet, a premier national provider of technology talent and solutions.
