Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with data visualization, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
β’ Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
β’ Perform data validation, ensure accuracy, and maintain data integrity.
β’ Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within datasets to generate actionable insights.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
β’ Support ad-hoc data requests and provide timely analysis for business needs.
β’ Document processes, workflows, and best practices for data analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
β’ Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and managing datasets.
β’ Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
β’ Solid understanding of Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.
β’ Knowledge of at least one programming language for data analysis (Python or R preferred).
β’ Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
β’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Experience with big data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, or similar).
β’ Familiarity with ETL pipelines and data warehousing concepts.
β’ Prior experience in technology or product-driven organizations.
β’ Exposure to statistical modeling or machine learning techniques is a plus.
