Seeking a Data Analyst to support GenAI-driven operations, focusing on data analysis, KPI tracking, agile coordination, and executive reporting. Work with cross-functional teams to drive automation, self-service, and measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support agile ceremonies and track delivery progress
• Analyze KPIs (ticket deflection, self-service adoption, resolution time, cost savings)
• Build dashboards (Excel/Power BI) and performance reports
• Create executive summaries and value storytelling
• Support GenAI/agentic workflow initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve automation and user experience
Qualifications:
• MBA (Analytics/Operations/Tech/AI) or 2–4 years in analytics/consulting/operations
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI/Tableau preferred
• Interest or exposure to GenAI and automation tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
