About the Role:
We are seeking a self-motivated and adaptable Data Analyst to join a newly formed team focused on delivering actionable insights, tracking portfolio health, and supporting strategic decision-making across the enterprise. This is a unique opportunity to make an immediate impact in a dynamic and evolving environment.
As a Data Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow PPM data, data architecture and modeling, and advanced Excel to support financial performance tracking, resource allocation, KPI analysis, and project prioritization.
What Youβll Do:
β’ Analyze and interpret ServiceNow PPM data at both practitioner and backend levels to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
β’ Build layered data models (Staging β Core β Access) to deliver clean, normalized datasets that drive decision-making.
β’ Design scalable, automated solutions using Excel Power Query and VBA macros to process large datasets efficiently.
β’ Collaborate with portfolio leaders, IT Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to align financial performance with strategic goals.
β’ Track KPIs and benefits, identify budget shift opportunities, and provide early risk indicators for initiatives.
β’ Adapt to evolving priorities and deliver insights that help shape operational and strategic objectives.
What Weβre Looking For (Must-Haves):
β’ 2+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, or related roles.
β’ ServiceNow PPM knowledge with a strong understanding of data structures and project management workflows.
β’ Ability to work with ServiceNow data exports at both the practitioner and backend levels and clearly articulate insights.
β’ Experience in data architecture and modeling, with deep understanding of data normalization and curation principles.
β’ Advanced Excel expertise, including:
β’ Power Query for ETL, data transformation, and normalization
β’ VBA macros for automation and logic handling
β’ Designing scalable workbooks for large datasets
Nice to Have:
β’ Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry (HEDIS, CMS, or regulatory reporting exposure a plus).
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
