The role involves conducting economic, financial, and market analysis, supporting capacity forecasting, budgeting, and reporting efforts, and designing vital systems and tools for business growth. This position is a unique opportunity to gain experience in operations and capacity planning while contributing to innovative projects within a dynamic team environment. Key Responsibilities • Support decision-making through detailed analysis of economic, financial, and market data. • Assist in capacity forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for capital and resource allocation. • Design and coordinate the development of systems and tools for operational needs. • Develop and maintain a wiki for MSP-CX strategy and a CAR tracker dashboard. • Provide ongoing support for the strategy team through data collection and information updates. Must-Have Skills • Strong analytic capabilities and proficiency in financial modeling. • Advanced SQL knowledge and Python programming skills. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Industry Experience: Experience in operations or capacity planning is a strong plus.
