We are sourcing a Data Analyst to work at one of our client's location in Westlake TX
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7+ years of experience in a Data and Analytics role with exposure to IT and business partners
• In depth knowledge in a variety of analytics techniques including: profiling, data mining, modeling, statistical analysis and campaign measurement
• Ability to do data driven deep dive analysis to test ideas/hypothesis for Digital and Non-Digital experiences and identifying appropriate success metrics (Call-to-Action)
• Hands-on expertise using tools and technologies such as SQL, Snowflake, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx and Adobe Analytics
• Strong working knowledge of relational databases including experience with web interaction data
• Solid understanding of A/B/N testing techniques, Design of Experiments, Measurement and Recommendations
• Good understanding of AI/ML and predictive model outputs
