Our purpose is to look horizontally across the enterprise tech landscape to understand and rationalize an app portfolio of 6,000 applications in ServieNOW APM and LeanIX. Job Responsibilities / Typical Day In The Role • Consolidate, clean and ingest data from spreadsheets and platform integrations (Collibra, ServiceNow APM/SPM/CMDB) into LeanIX. • Support application-to-infrastructure mapping and dependency analysis for separation. • Maintain data quality, lineage, and completeness across LeanIX objects. • Extend and manage CMDB–>LeanIX integration after initial setup. Must Have Skills / Requirements • Data analysis experience • 3+ years of experience; Import, map, and export data between enterprise platforms such as ServiceNOW, LeanIX, Colibra, Apptio. • Familiarity with augmenting data analyst activities with AI • 1+ year of experience; Discovering ways to leverage AI to augment day-to-day activities. • Comfortable with navigating and extracting data from the ServiceNOW schema • Ability to create meaningful views of the tech landscape from ServiceNOW APM and CMDB. Nice To Have Skills / Preferred Requirements • Experience working with a modern business outcome driven enterprise architecture team.
