Role description
Job Title: Data Analyst II Location: Jackson, Michigan (Hybrid) Duration: 4+ Months Contract (Possible Extension) Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Data Analyst to support our Voice of the Customer (VoC) organization. This role is essential to building a strong data foundation that enables data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, collecting, and consolidating data from various internal sources, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure outputs are translated into meaningful insights that support strategic initiatives and enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities: β€’ Identify and gather data from multiple sources across the organization to support VoC initiatives. β€’ Assess gaps and inefficiencies in current data processes; recommend and implement improvements. β€’ Establish standards and best practices for data collection and consolidation. β€’ Work cross-functionally to ensure data output aligns with business needs and can be translated into actionable insights. β€’ Maintain and manage data integrity across systems and reports. β€’ Support the development of dashboards, reports, and presentations that clearly communicate findings. Required Skills and Qualifications: β€’ Proven experience working with diverse data sources and large datasets. β€’ Proficiency in Excel, including the use of macros for data analysis; experience with Google Sheets, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships across departments. β€’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity through structured analysis. β€’ Experience in establishing data standards and improving data processes is a plus. β€’ Experience working in a Voice of the Customer (VoC) team is preferred but not required.
