Job description:
Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Support Program Management (30-40%)
Collaborate closely with the program manager responsible for the centralized NDA and TPA process.
Provide data-driven insights and analysis to support process design, execution, and improvement.
Assist in tracking progress, identifying bottlenecks, and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to vendor onboarding and compliance workflows.
Help coordinate cross-functional data needs and ensure alignment on reporting requirements.
Dashboard Development and Data Visualization (60-70%)
Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards to enable real-time tracking and reporting of the new centralized tracking process.
Design intuitive and actionable visualizations that provide stakeholders with clear insights into process performance, vendor status, and compliance metrics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective dashboard solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates in all reporting tools.
Replatforming and Enabling Centralized Tracking Process
Support the replatforming effort to implement a new centralized tracking system for NDA, TPA, and vendor management workflows.
Work with engineering, data, and program teams to integrate data sources and automate data flows into dashboards.
Continuously improve tracking processes by identifying gaps and recommending data-driven enhancements.
Must have:
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, Java, and Google Sheets for data manipulation, reporting, and basic automation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to effectively work with and manage expectations of various stakeholders across teams.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Nice-to-Have Skills
NDA and TPA Knowledge: Familiarity with Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and Third-Party Assessment (TPA) processes and terminology.
