JOB TITLE: Data Steward/Data Analyst Location: Orlando, FL – Hybrid Duration: 4 months LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY • • Looking for more administrative-type experience · Must have: Data cleansing experience · Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience Job Summary We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Data Steward to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data across our aviation operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a strong understanding of data governance practices within the aviation industry. Key Responsibilities • Maintain high-quality data standards across all business systems and processes. • Monitor and validate data inputs and outputs to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce data governance policies. • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to manage and maintain master data records. • Identify and resolve data quality issues and inconsistencies. • Support data migration and integration efforts during system upgrades or transitions. • Develop and maintain documentation related to data standards, definitions, and procedures. • Ensure compliance with aviation industry regulations and standards related to data management. • Provide training and support to staff on data stewardship best practices. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Data Management, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in data stewardship or data management roles. • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including data administration and reporting. • Experience working in the aviation industry or with aviation-related data. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices. Preferred Skills • Knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements (e.g., FAA, EASA). • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI. • Certification in data management or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
